These crunchy corn kernels are wholesome and full of antioxidants. There is nothing fancy about this recipe. It is so easy to make and with so little ingredients that I cannot call it a recipe! You would wonder why this is such a popular snack at the cinema and Mcdonalds.
- 1 sweet corn
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- ¼ tsp salt (omit if using salted butter)
- Shuck the corn and cut the kernels from the corn using a sharp knife.
- Pour the corn kernels into a steaming bowl and steam for 15 to 20 minutes over high heat.
- Remove the bowl from the steamer and add in the butter and salt, mix well. Serve immediately.
