Apple Oats Muffins

Verdict: This is a simple & easy muffin recipe that you can do in less than 15 minutes and the only preparation is melting the butter.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (50g) regular rolled oats
  • 1½ cups (180g) plus 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour, divided
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • Pinch of ground cloves
  • ¾ cup (150g) sugar
  • ½ cup (110g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • ½ cup (120ml) milk
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup (70g) golden raisins
  • 1 large Granny Smith, Fuji or Gala apple, peeled and diced
