Tip06 – Aluminum-Free Baking Powder

Recent years, I’ve noticed that more and more bakers used Aluminum-Free Baking Powder.  David Lebovitz suggested a substitute if you (like me) cannot find aluminum-free baking powder in your local store.

1 teaspoon of baking powder(single-acting) : mix 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar, 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and 1/4 teaspoon cornstarch
