Stir-Fry Broccoli and Cauliflower

This is a quick and easy stir-fry where you an dig up left over vegetables in your refrigerator and put them together.


  • 100g broccoli, cut into bite-size florets
  • 100g cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
  • 100g carrot, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • salt


  1. In a pot, bring water to a boil, add in broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. Let the vegetable boil for 2-3 minutes. Transfer the vegetables to a plate.
  2. In a frying pan, heat up a tablespoon of oil (I used grapeseed oil). Add in the minced garlic and fry until fragrant.
  3. Add in all the vegetables and stir to combine. Stir constantly for about 8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp and tender. Add in oyster sauce and a pinch of salt and stir to combine for about 1 minute. Serve hot.
