Stir-fry Chicken with Capsicums

Ingredients


300g chicken thigh, deboned and washed
1 tbsp cooking oil
2 slice ginger
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp oyster sauce
100g red capsicum
100g green capsicum
100g yellow capsicum
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
pepper

Directions

  1. Cut capsicums into 2-cm cubes and set aside. Cut chicken thigh into 2-cm cubes and set aside.
  2. Heat up a tablespoon of oil in the frying pan over high heat. Add the ginger slice and garlic, cook till fragrant.
  3. Add in the chicken cubes. When the color of the meat turns white, add in the oyster sauce and stir-fry quickly.
  4. Add in the capsicums, stir-fry for a while, about 5 minutes. Add water, cover the frying pan and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
