Hokkaido Milk Pudding



Hokkaido Fresh Milk is flown in fresh from dairy farms in Hokkaido, produced by the renowned Yotsuba Milk Products Co. Ltd. It is available at most Fairprice Finest & Cold Storage supermarket.

Ingredients

  • 500 ml Hokkaido Fresh Milk
  • 2 1/2 tsp Gelatin powder
  • 2 tbsp water

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, soak and soften the gelatin with 2 tablespoons of water.
  2. In a pot, add the milk and sugar. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolved and milk to almost boil.
  3. Turn off the heat. Add in the soaked gelatin, and mix till gelatin dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into pudding cups, let it cool before chilling the pudding in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours.
  5. You can serve with any fruit or coulis.
