Long Bean Omelette

  • 4 long beans
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • dash of white pepper powder


  1. Trim the ends of the long beans and chop into 1 cm length. Season the eggs with white pepper and light soy sauce, mix well.
  2. In a frying pan, add oil over medium fire. Add in the long beans. When they are cooked, spread them. Pour the egg mixture over the beans. When the underside of the omelette starts to brown, flip the omelette and let it cook for a few minutes until slightly brown. Serve.
