500 g chicken mid-joint wings
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
1. Rinse chicken and wipe dry with paper towels. Marinate the chicken with hoisin sauce, light and dark soy sauce and minced garlic, mix well. Keep in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
2. Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
3. Transfer the chicken to a baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Then turn the other side and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Serve immediately.
